We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching across GCSE and Functional Skills Maths, helping learners achieve their potential and progress confidently into employment or further study.

Role Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across GCSE and Functional Skills Maths.
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to students of mixed abilities.
Track, assess, and report on learner progress, providing targeted interventions where needed.
Support students in developing confidence, problem-solving and numeracy skills for life and work.
Work collaboratively within a dynamic maths team to enhance curriculum delivery.
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing best practice and innovative teaching ideas.
Essential Requirements
Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
Degree or Level 5+ qualification in Mathematics or a related field.
Experience delivering GCSE and/or Functional Skills Maths within FE or secondary education.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A passion for helping students overcome barriers and achieve success.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
