Are you a seasoned HR leader ready to make an impact in a global business? We're on the lookout for an Interim Head of HR to join an international organisation based on the outskirts of Cambridge.
  • Start Date: Early June (1–2 weeks’ notice preferred)
  • Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract / PAYE
  • Salary: £75,000
  • Working Pattern: 4 or 5 days a week | hybrid working
The Role:
  • Lead the HR function and team through business-as-usual operations
  • Oversee pay and benefits and manage a dedicated reward specialist
  • Partner closely with the HRD as a trusted sounding board
  • Drive people & culture transformation projects
  • Take strategic ownership of the HRIS implementation – Phase 2 implementation (delivery owned by team)
About you?
  • Proven experience as a Head of HR or equivalent senior HR leadership role / people management role.
  • Track record in strategic thinking and leading high-performing teams
  • Hands-on HRIS implementation experience (essential)
  • Expertise in HRIS, pay & benefits, and transformation projects
