- Start Date: Early June (1–2 weeks’ notice preferred)
- Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract / PAYE
- Salary: £75,000
- Working Pattern: 4 or 5 days a week | hybrid working
- Lead the HR function and team through business-as-usual operations
- Oversee pay and benefits and manage a dedicated reward specialist
- Partner closely with the HRD as a trusted sounding board
- Drive people & culture transformation projects
- Take strategic ownership of the HRIS implementation – Phase 2 implementation (delivery owned by team)
- Proven experience as a Head of HR or equivalent senior HR leadership role / people management role.
- Track record in strategic thinking and leading high-performing teams
- Hands-on HRIS implementation experience (essential)
- Expertise in HRIS, pay & benefits, and transformation projects
