- Be the first point of contact for HR queries, delivering consistent, practical advice.
- Support managers with employee relations, including disciplinary and grievances.
- Advise on absence management, well being, and best practice initiatives.
- Handle sickness and health-related cases, including Occupational Health referrals.
- Assist the HR Business Partner with more complex employee relations cases.
- Help shape and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
- Experience using HR systems (Cascade desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data tracking.
- Degree educated or equivalent experience.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) highly desirable.
