Competitive Salary + BenefitsMy client is recruiting for a proactive and confident HR Advisor to join our team and support the HR Business Partner in delivering a high-quality HR service across the organisation.As the HR Advisor, you’ll be the go-to contact for line managers and employees, providing expert guidance across a full range of HR matters including employee relations, well being, policies, and day-to-day HR support.?? Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries, delivering consistent, practical advice.
  • Support managers with employee relations, including disciplinary and grievances.
  • Advise on absence management, well being, and best practice initiatives.
  • Handle sickness and health-related cases, including Occupational Health referrals.
  • Assist the HR Business Partner with more complex employee relations cases.
  • Help shape and implement HR policies and procedures.
? About you
  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
  • Experience using HR systems (Cascade desirable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data tracking.
�? Qualifications:
  • Degree educated or equivalent experience.
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) highly desirable.
