• Advise and support managers on employee relations matters, including absence, performance, and flexible working.

• Assist with recruitment processes and employment law compliance; attend relevant events as needed.

• Help develop and deliver HR-related training and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.

• Maintain accurate records and support the preparation of key HR documentation and reports.

• Provide HR data and insights to inform decision-making and policy development.

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience in an HR advisory capacity.

• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion.

• Salary: £30,000 per annum
