- Partnering with client groups to align people strategies within workforce planning and organisational design
- Coaching and advising managers
- Supporting the development of employee engagement strategies
- Championing the high performance culture
- Preparing data analytics and insights
- Developing people policies, processes and systems
- Leading on on-boarding, compliance, benefits and payroll
- You will have previous experience of operating at an advisory level as a People Partner / HR Business Partner
- CIPD level 5 or above
- Experience in a fast growth or start up / scale up environment
- Competent in using HR systems such as HiBob, ATS and LMS
- Knowledge of US employment legislation would be useful
- Self starter with a ‘can do’ attitude and relationship builder
