People PartnerCambridge Up to £50k We are recruiting a People Partner for a progressive business whose mission is to improve patients lives. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will form part of a small HR team working alongside your TA person and HR Coordinator.  Based on the outskirts of Cambridge, with parking and hybrid working of 3 days in the office.
  • Partnering with client groups to align people strategies within workforce planning and organisational design
  • Coaching and advising managers
  • Supporting the development of employee engagement strategies
  • Championing the high performance culture
  • Preparing data analytics and insights
  • Developing people policies, processes and systems
  • Leading on on-boarding, compliance, benefits and payroll
About you?
  • You will have previous experience of operating at an advisory level as a People Partner / HR Business Partner
  • CIPD level 5 or above
  • Experience in a fast growth or start up / scale up environment
  • Competent in using HR systems such as HiBob, ATS and LMS
  • Knowledge of US employment legislation would be useful
  • Self starter with a ‘can do’ attitude and relationship builder
