Job Title: Quality Support Manager
Location: Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Devon, Warwickshire (frequent travel required-Hybrid)
Salary: 65,000 per annum
Reports to: Head of Quality
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Support Manager to ensure high standards of care and compliance across multiple care services. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory standards, supporting care quality, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.g., CQC)
- Review and develop care plans, risk assessments, and policies to uphold best practices
- Lead and manage audits, medication management, incident reporting, and complaints handling
- Support and deliver staff training and development initiatives
- Work collaboratively with Registered Managers to support service quality
- Travel regularly across sites within the designated regions
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality management within the care sector
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and care standards
- Ability to lead audits and manage quality improvement programs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently between multiple sites
