Job Title: Quality Support Manager
Location: Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Devon, Warwickshire (frequent travel required-Hybrid)
Salary: 65,000 per annum
Reports to: Head of Quality

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Support Manager to ensure high standards of care and compliance across multiple care services. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory standards, supporting care quality, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.g., CQC)
  • Review and develop care plans, risk assessments, and policies to uphold best practices
  • Lead and manage audits, medication management, incident reporting, and complaints handling
  • Support and deliver staff training and development initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with Registered Managers to support service quality
  • Travel regularly across sites within the designated regions

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality management within the care sector
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and care standards
  • Ability to lead audits and manage quality improvement programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently between multiple sites
