Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and maintaining fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems

  • Diagnosing and repairing faults quickly and effectively

  • Carrying out planned maintenance and responding to reactive callouts

  • Keeping accurate records and completing relevant reports

  • Participating in a shared on-call rota

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the fire and/or security service industry

  • Knowledge of systems such as Texecom, Galaxy, Hikvision, Paxton, or similar

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Industry qualifications (e.g., FIA units, ECS card) preferred

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
