Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for bridging the gap between IT and business operations? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ServiceNow Administrator to join our dynamic team!

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our team, you'll be the go-to person for managing and optimizing our ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing ServiceNow operations and acting as the liaison between IT and business teams
  • Chasing and coordinating with stakeholders to drive progress
  • Providing technical support, triaging incidents, and escalating issues as needed
  • Supporting UAT activities, including basic script writing, deployment, and reporting
  • Translating business needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Monitoring and escalating unresolved actions
  • Developing analytics, monitoring SLAs, and identifying trends
  • Offering business analysis support for ad-hoc projects
  • Occasionally stepping into minor project management roles

What You Bring to the Table

We're looking for someone who is not only technically skilled but also a great communicator and collaborator. You should have:

  • Strong IT skills and excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite
  • A polite and professional telephone manner with a customer-first mindset
  • The ability to work diplomatically with stakeholders at all levels
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach to work with excellent time management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
  • Experience with ServiceNow, especially Workplace Service Delivery
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow SPM module and agile methodologies (desirable)
  • Working knowledge of database management and solid analytical skills
