Pure is recruiting for a Finance Systems Analyst on a 2-year fixed-term contract, this role is based on the outskirts of Cambridge and offers hybrid working.You will be a key decision maker in shaping, configuring, and developing finance systems and reporting tools. You’ll act as the bridge between system users and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into workable solutions that improve performance and enable continuous improvement. The main duties are as follows -
  • Provide expert advice to support finance system strategy and enhancements
  • Lead on change assessments, fit-gap analysis, and proof-of-concept modelling
  • Deliver solutions that strengthen system integrity, reporting, and compliance
  • Work with stakeholders across finance, IT, and external partners to ensure best-fit solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and drive process improvements
You must have a proven track record as an analyst in finance systems, ideally within a large or public sector environment with strong analytical, problem-solving and research skills.
