Job Title:PLM Solution Architect (Windchill & Digital Thread)
Role Overview:
ThePLM Solution Architectwill be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizingProduct Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutionsusingPTC Windchill. This role plays a critical part in shaping theDigital Threadstrategy, ensuring seamless integration across engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implementPLM solutions with a focus onPTC Windchill.
- Develop and maintainthe Digital Thread framework to enable end-to-end product data connectivity.
- Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- IntegratePLM with ERP (SAP), CAD, and other enterprise systems.
- Optimize workflowsfor Engineering Change Management (ECM), MPMLink, PartsLink, and Enterprise Systems Integration (ESI).
- Ensure compliancewith industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Leaduser training, adoption strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ yearsof experience inPLM Solution Architecture, with expertise inPTC Windchill.
- Strong knowledge ofPLM integrations, including, CAD management, and digital transformation.
- Experience withWindchill modulessuch as ECM, MPMLink, PartsLink, and ESI.
- Project managementskills with the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellentcommunication and stakeholder managementabilities.
