- Manage your own caseload with guidance from senior colleagues
- Conduct client meetings and provide sound legal advice
- Assess legal issues and offer cost estimates
- Draft and review legal documents and correspondence
- Handle financial transactions related to property matters
- Contribute to the development of client relationships
- Represent the team in business development initiatives
- Liaise with local and national estate agents
- Promote wider firm services to clients as appropriate
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Excellent knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Strong drafting and legal research skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach to caseload management
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Confidence working independently and as part of a wider team
- Strong IT literacy and adaptability with legal software
