- Work closely with transactional real estate, construction, insolvency and property finance teams to provide holistic advice on disputes that intersect across practice areas.
- Build relationships with clients, taking responsibility for client communication and ensuring excellent service delivery in line with firm standards.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including assisting with proposals, seminars, thought leadership and identifying opportunities with existing clients.
- Develop your technical skills in property litigation and maintain awareness of real estate market developments, legislative changes and case law trends.
Person Specification
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales and (ideally) with solicitor rights of audience or relevant advocacy exposure.
- Approximately 2+ years PQE in property litigation (or real estate disputes) gained in a city or large regional firm; exposure to higher value or complex matters would be advantageous.
- Strong technical understanding of property law (particularly landlord & tenant, commonhold, leases, easements, boundary disputes) and civil litigation procedure.
- Excellent drafting skills, with clarity, precision and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills - able to manage multiple matters, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communicator - both written and verbal - who can engage confidently with clients, senior lawyers and other stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness - understands the business context, client objectives and can identify risk and opportunities for clients.
- A collaborative approach, keen to work in a team environment but also comfortable taking responsibility.
- Ambition to develop your career within a firm committed to high quality real estate dispute work and supportive of growth and professional development.

- Opportunity to gain responsibility early, to work across multiple teams and to develop a specialised profile in property litigation within a dynamic, supportive environment.
- Excellent training and development, coaching and mentoring.
- Hybrid working model (office/home) and a culture that values work-life balance.
- Competitive remuneration and benefits package.
