About the Role:This is a rare opportunity to join a market-leading Real Estate Disputes team handling complex, high-value matters for a prestigious client portfolio. You’ll work on a broad range of property dispute cases, including landlord and tenant disputes, development issues, rights of way and property-related professional negligence claims.You’ll be supported by experienced partners and senior lawyers while enjoying the autonomy to manage your own matters and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a wide range of real estate disputes
- Draft pleadings, witness statements and legal correspondence
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings
- Collaborate with surveyors, valuers and other property professionals
- Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor or Associate (2 - PQE)
- Experience or strong interest in property litigation/real estate disputes
- Excellent drafting, analytical and advocacy skills
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
- A proactive, collaborative and ambitious mindset
