About the Role:This is a rare opportunity to join a market-leading Real Estate Disputes team handling complex, high-value matters for a prestigious client portfolio. You’ll work on a broad range of property dispute cases, including landlord and tenant disputes, development issues, rights of way and property-related professional negligence claims.You’ll be supported by experienced partners and senior lawyers while enjoying the autonomy to manage your own matters and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on a wide range of real estate disputes
  • Draft pleadings, witness statements and legal correspondence
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings
  • Collaborate with surveyors, valuers and other property professionals
  • Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Associate (2 - PQE)
  • Experience or strong interest in property litigation/real estate disputes
  • Excellent drafting, analytical and advocacy skills
  • Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
  • Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
  • A proactive, collaborative and ambitious mindset
