Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive seeking a new challenge in a dynamic and supportive environment? About the Role:

As a key member of the residential property team, you will manage your own caseload of property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. You will work closely with Partners and colleagues, providing expert legal advice and maintaining high standards of client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
  • Conduct client meetings and provide clear, practical legal advice
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision and accuracy
  • Maintain up-to-date and compliant case files
  • Manage financial aspects of transactions, including billing and cost estimates
  • Participate in business development activities and represent the firm at networking events
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
  • Proven track record of managing property transactions independently
  • Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in legal research, drafting and legal IT systems
  • Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
