  • Oversee and maintain QMS compliance for MOD contracts, advising leadership on quality performance and improvement.
  • Serve as the primary quality contact for MOD activities, ensuring all documentation, audits, and regulatory approvals meet military standards.
  • Lead internal and supplier audits, manage corrective actions, and coordinate MAOS quality activities.
  • Review personnel training and authorisations and represent quality in MOD progress meetings.
  • Champion a customer-focused culture across the organisation.
Quality Manager Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a civil (Part 145) or military aviation maintenance environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of MOD Military Aviation Airworthiness Regulatory framework.
  • Experience working within the CAA BCARS and EASA Regulations would be advantageous.
