We’re excited to be working with a leading organisation based in Cambridge who are on the lookout for an In-House Paralegal to join their close-knit and supportive team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a fantastic opportunity to develop in a varied, in-house role.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting legal research and horizon scanning
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating client and supplier contractsLiaising with and instructing external legal counsel
  • Supporting company secretarial tasks and internal legal reporting
  • Triaging incoming legal and commercial queries
  • Assisting with general legal admin across the team

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Is well organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Has a degree in Law or a relevant legal qualification (preferred)
  • Has experience in commercial law, contracts or in-house legal support
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office (experience with legal systems is a bonus)
