A leading architectural studio is seeking a Senior Architect to join its RIBA-chartered team in Cambridge. The practice is renowned for its innovative, design-led approach and landmark projects across commercial, residential and mixed-use sectors. Role:

Lead the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion
Manage project teams and coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors
Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative studio culture
Ensure design integrity and technical rigour across all stages
Contribute to business development through design presentations and client engagement
AutoCAD and Revit proficiency is beneficial

Experience for the role of Senior Architect:

ARB registered
Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
Diverse portfolio with a range of projects showcased
Proven track record in running projects through all RIBA stages
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
Passionate about design, sustainability and architecture
