Assistant Site Manager

Assistant Site Manager - Timber Frame | 200 Units

Brand new 200-unit timber frame site starting soon. We're looking for an Assistant Site Manager who's ready for a new challenge and eager to learn.

Plenty of support on-site, and a clear path to Site Manager in 6-12 months as the current SM will be moving to another project.

What they're after:

• A strong attitude and willingness to learn
• Timber frame or residential experience ideal, but not essential
• Someone ready to get stuck in and grow
• Great chance to prove yourself on a big job with real progression.

What you need:

• SMSTS or SSSTS (required)
• CSCS Card (required - ideally Supervisor or Manager level)
• First Aid at Work (preferred)
• Previous experience on residential new build sites
• Strong understanding of H&S regulations and site procedures
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
