Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager ready to step up on a new build housing development?

Our client, a leading and well-established housebuilder, is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager to join their busy site team overseeing the delivery of 200 new homes.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations across a large residential development

Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards

Monitoring site health and safety, quality control, and ensuring compliance with building regulations

Liaising with suppliers, clients, and the wider project team

Keeping accurate records and reporting progress

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager within housebuilding or residential construction

Strong understanding of residential construction processes and site management duties

Excellent communication and organisational skills

CSCS card and relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Construction Site Supervision or equivalent)

Passion for quality and delivering projects on schedule
