You will be joining a market-leading manufacturing business specialising in the production of a wide range of equipment and components used in the aerospace, defence and industrial industries.

Due to continued expansion and progression within their market, this exciting forward-thinking company is now looking for an experienced electrical maintenance team leader/supervisor or similar to oversee and manage a small maintenance team.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Arrange and oversee planned maintenance planning, preparation, execution and post reporting.
  • Work with production and planning teams to maximise production capacity.
  • Control and management of spare parts, repairable items and other stock
  • Ensure maintenance standards are continually kept to.
  • Maintain any maintenance records and documentation
  • Uphold a strong level of health & safety throughout the team.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Recognised Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
  • 18TH Edition
  • Ability to manage several tasks and responsibilities at once.
  • Experience within a leadership role or relevant experience being able to show you can take the next step.
  • Strong health & safety experience & knowledge
