You balance empathy with accountability and know how to bring people with you through change.

Your experience

You have worked in a fast-moving, quality-driven environment where precision matters and improvement never stops. That might be manufacturing, food, automotive or another sector where high standards, quick turnaround and getting it right first time are essential.

You have led or played a key part in scaling a business through operational excellence, driving efficiency, productivity and profit growth. You have implemented Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies to simplify workflows and unlock performance.

You are confident working alongside senior leadership teams, translating ambition into actionable plans while embedding continuous improvement into the culture. You understand what it takes to deliver strong EBITDA growth through process, performance and people.

Then you will design and implement the operational framework that enables scale. You will establish clear workflows, performance metrics and procedures that make growth measurable and sustainable.

You will ensure the right systems are in place to support commercial decisions and operational delivery, aligning every function around shared goals. Your impact will be visible in improved performance, smoother operations and stronger profitability.
