You will oversee a diverse portfolio of challenging and engaging projects, typically ranging in value from 1 million to 15 million

Performance Objectives

• Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the required standards.
• Upholding all health, safety and environmental requirements across the site.
• Ensuring all works are delivered to the highest standard of quality and contribute to an exceptional overall site presentation.
• Effectively controlling all site-based activities with strong knowledge of development requirements, company procedures and compliance.
• Managing the ordering, delivery, and use of equipment and materials, including coordinating site personnel and subcontractors.
• Working closely with the project management team to ensure smooth project delivery across all stages of the build.

Person Specification

• Proven experience managing high-quality construction projects, ideally within commercial, education and healthcare sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A commitment to quality, professionalism, and safe working practices.
• Punctual, organised, and proactive in solving on-site challenges.
• SMSTS qualification (SSSTS candidates with strong experience may also be considered).
