We are seeking an experienced Surfacing Manager to join our team delivering car park surfacing projects across the UK.
OUTSIDE IR35
Role Responsibilities:
路Manage day-to-day surfacing operations across multiple car park projects nationwide
路Coordinate site teams, plant, materials, and subcontractors to meet programme deadlines
路Ensure works are carried out to specification, on time, and within budget
路Uphold strict health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times
路Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates
路Oversee both day and night shifts, as well as occasional Sunday working
Requirements:
路Strong background in Civils and Surfacing
路SMSTS certification essential
路NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management - desirable
路Proven ability to manage teams on fast-paced, multi-site projects
路Flexibility to work nationwide with varying shift patterns
路Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
