Electro-Mechanical Production Technician – North Cambridge Are you a hands-on Electro-Mechanical Technician with a passion for precision, problem-solving, and manufacturing excellence? This leading manufacturer of imaging products is looking for a skilled technician to join their award-winning team, where you’ll play a key role in the manufacturing and test processes, ensuring efficient production of opto-electromechanical devices.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Assembly, test, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical components and systems following detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Collaborating with engineers and production teams to optimize processes and swiftly resolve technical issues.
  • Conducting functional testing and quality checks to ensure every product meets required high standards.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of work completed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A relevant Electronic / Mechanical Engineering qualification.
  • Hands-on experience with electronic and mechanical assembly, including soldering and wiring.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and production processes.
  • Proficiency in using standard test equipment, such as oscilloscopes and signal generators.
