Job Title: Contract Support Administrator
Location: Cambridge
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Build Recruitment are seeking a highly organised and proactive Contract Support Administrator to join the Facilities Management (FM) contract team supporting a Government Contract.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the FM contract.

  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and compliance documentation.

  • Liaise with engineers, contractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records and contract-related data.

  • Support the team with invoicing, purchase orders, and general office administration.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within facilities management or a related sector.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.

  • Must hold (or be able to obtain) a valid DBS and BPSS clearance.
