- Answering calls from main telephone line and transferring where relevant.
- Set up management referrals.
- Send outcome reports. OH reports and standard letters. following clinics.
- Liaise with clients on a daily basis, responding to them in a timely manner to any client requests that are appropriate to deal with, and escalating to OH Account Coordinator, where relevant.
- Support the Data Manger with the monthly company auditing program.
- Reception duties.
- Proven experie3nce of office administration, ideally within a health environment.
- Enthusiastic and highly organised
- Confident in day-to-day tasks and proactive handling of problems.
- Full working knowledge of Microsoft office.
