Are you ready to elevate your career in digital marketing?  We are excited to be working with a highly successful Cambridge-based marketing agency specialising in innovative advertising, brand strategies, and creative campaigns. They are looking for an experienced PPC & Social Manager to join their successful and friendly team. This role offers hybrid working with three days in the office and two days working from home and is a full-time, permanent role.

As their PPC & Paid Social Manager, you will be at the forefront of planning, executing and optimising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and other emerging channels. You’ll manage internal and client budgets, test creativity and track results.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

·        Campaign Management – Developing, managing and optimizing PPC and paid social campaigns, while overseeing internal and client budgets.

·        Audience Targeting – Conducting keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

·        Creative Testing – Creating and testing and refining ad copy, visuals and formats to maximise impact.

·        Performance Monitoring – Tracking campaign performance, reporting on KPIs and identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.

·        Staying Current – Keep up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing PPC and paid social campaigns, with a strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta, Ads Manager and at least one additional paid channel (LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Pinterest etc). You will be proficient in analytical tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio, with the ability to interpret data effectively.  You will be an analytical and strategic thinker, who excels in a fast-paced environment.  You should be comfortable adjusting tactics to deliver great results, while being a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
