HR Coordinator - South CambridgeFlexible Hours | Part-Time (4 or 5 Days) | Onsite 3-4 Days | £30,000-£35,000 FTE | 6-Month Temp Contract

We're working with a cutting-edge biopharma company based in South Cambridge who are have an opportunity for a part-time HR Coordinator to join their friendly, well established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is perhaps looking for school-friendly hours and flexibility, or a part-time role that they can fit around other passions whilst still enabling you to contribute meaningfully to a growing organisation making a real impact. This position is ideal for an experienced HR Administrator or Co-ordinator who enjoys variety and autonomy. You'll be a key point of contact for day-to-day HR queries and provide essential support across the employee lifecycle. You'll likely have the opportunity to be involved in upcoming projects, some of which could be centred around workday.

Key duties will include;

  • First point of contact for HR queries via the inbox
  • Supporting onboarding processes, checking references, coordinating occupational health
  • Scheduling corporate inductions and liaising with new starters to ensure a smooth onboarding
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Administering benefits and supporting payroll (must be confident working with numbers)
  • Preparing employee letters via mail merge

Our client is able to be super flexible with hours; you can work 4 (3 onsite) or 5 (4 onsite) days a week, the key is the right person.
