Our client based in the North East are looking for an experienced Loft and Ventilation installer for Cambridge on a subcontract basis.

Job Specification:

  • Install various types of loft ventilation systems according to manufacturer guidelines and building codes
  • Modify or upgrade insulation and boarding to accommodate ventilation requirements
  • Install various types of loft ventilation systems according to manufacturer guidelines and building codes
  • Ensure vents are positioned for effective cross-ventilation and unobstructed airflow
  • Modify or upgrade insulation and boarding to accommodate ventilation requirements
  • Ensure all work complies with UK Building Regulations and health & safety standards

Personal Specification:

  • CSCS Card
  • NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Roofing and Installation
  • PAS 2030 certification
  • Must be an hour away from Cambridge.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and own transport
