Payroll Analyst - EMEA | FTSE 100 Company | Cambridge (Hybrid)

I'm currently partnering with a FTSE 100-listed global company in their search for a Payroll Analyst to join their EMEA team based in Cambridge.

The Role

As Payroll Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient, accurate, and confidential delivery of payroll services across the EMEA region. You'll manage the outsourced payroll process and work closely with internal teams to support smooth payroll operations across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for designated EMEA regions in collaboration with the outsourced provider
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll accounting and month-end processes
  • Handle and resolve complex payroll queries in partnership with HR and finance teams
  • Support internal and external payroll audits across EMEA
  • Input and verify payroll data from the HRIS and email instructions
  • Ensure all statutory returns and reports are completed accurately and on time
  • Stay up to date with legislative and internal policy changes, providing guidance to relevant teams

The Ideal Profile

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an EMEA payroll role
  • Strong customer service skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Confident managing payrolls across multiple countries with varying policies and agreements
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid understanding of finance processes including general ledger management
  • Working knowledge of Workday is highly desirable
  • CIPP qualification is an advantage
