The Role:


  • Train and assess plumbing and gas apprentices in line with college and awarding body standards

  • Manage a caseload of learners and conduct regular reviews with employers

  • Deliver tailored coaching, mentoring and progress monitoring

  • Ensure learners are fully prepared for EPA (End Point Assessment)

  • Provide constructive feedback and support learners with functional skills if required

  • Travel between college campuses and employer sites as part of your caseload


The Person:


  • Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing or equivalent

  • Minimum CCN1 and CENWAT gas qualifications (essential)

  • Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle (insured for business use)

  • Passionate about helping others develop skills and succeed in their careers
