Your Role:
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons based on provided plans.
- Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive, productive learning space.
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit diverse learners.
- Communicate effectively with permanent staff to support student progress.
- Foster strong relationships with pupils and staff to promote a positive school culture.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Strong understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2) curriculums
- Confident classroom management and excellent communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to different teaching environments
- Enhanced DBS (we can assist with this if needed) and eligibility to work in the UK
