My client is currently seeking a Clean Room Technician to join their innovative and fast-paced operations team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the processing and characterisation of next-generation materials and technologies, working in both low-volume R&D and high-volume production settings.





  • Operate within a cleanroom environment to process a variety of products, following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

  • Perform routine process checks, first-line maintenance, and basic troubleshooting to ensure equipment runs smoothly and processes stay within set limits.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback, investigate issues, and support process improvements.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a safe, clean, and organised workspace.

  • Support the training of new team members to maintain process consistency and robustness.

  • Follow quality control procedures and ensure compliance with our Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrate a flexible approach to daily tasks and schedules.

  • Scientific or engineering background (formal qualification or relevant experience).

  • Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to documentation and record-keeping.

  • Ability to use optical inspection tools and perform fine, hands-on assembly tasks.

  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt as technologies evolve.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, agile environment
