Key Accountabilities:
- Management of site staff, operatives and sub-contractors
- Provide method statements, hazard risk assessments and Project Management plans
- Understand tender allowances and monitor contract loss against agreed budgets
- Preparing and monitoring programmes of work
- Foster good relations and reputation with clients
- Manage design coordination
- Assessment and engagement of sub-contractors
- Manage contracts to ensure timely and profitable completion of contracts
- Supervise, mentor and assist in the career development of junior staff
Qualifications, Certifications and Experience required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience ina Project Management role working for a main contractor.
- Experience working withinwaterways, flood defence/ structures and highways/ road schemes.
- HND/ HNC/ BEngor equivalent
- Up-to-date SMSTS qualification and appropriate CSCS card
- Must be happy to travel to site in Peterborough / Cambridge 5 days a week.
On offer is a salary of between 64,000 - 74,000 per annum,aCompany Car,a pension, 25 days' holiday entitlement, and more.
