Our client, a leading Executive Education provider is looking for a Senior Programme Manager to coordinate the planning and delivery of world-class learning experiences. Working closely with faculty, clients and colleagues, you’ll lead continuous improvement across the programme portfolio.

This is a hands-on, dynamic role combining project management, people leadership and change delivery ideal for someone passionate about operational excellence and impactful learning.

 

Senior Programme Manager: Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead programme delivery across a portfolio of executive education offerings, ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and high-quality client experiences
  • Champion continuous improvement by promoting innovation, automation, and data-informed decision-making across teams and processes
  • Act as a change agent, embedding new systems and ways of working, and ensuring alignment between operational delivery and strategic transformation
  • Manage and mentor a team of Programme Managers, setting high standards in project planning, delivery, and stakeholder engagement
  • Oversee stakeholder relationships, working closely with faculty, clients, and service providers to maintain our reputation for excellence
  • Ensure financial oversight, including budget tracking, cost control, and liaison with finance for invoicing and payments
  • Support data analysis and reporting, delivering insights for audits, rankings, and senior leadership decision-making
  • Coordinate logistics and operations for in-person and virtual programmes
