A well-established consultancy in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. With a strong pipeline of healthcare and residential developments, this role offers a great opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to work on meaningful projects with leading public and private sector clients.

The Senior Project Manager's role

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of capital projects, ensuring objectives are met in line with time, cost, and quality expectations. You'll coordinate design and delivery teams, lead client meetings, and manage procurement and contractual processes.

You'll also monitor project controls, drive performance improvements, and provide ongoing risk and budget oversight. A strong understanding of governance and stakeholder management is essential.







The Senior Project Manager

  • Relevant construction-related degree

  • Professional membership (e.g. CIOB, RICS, APM) desirable

  • Consultancy experience preferred; healthcare or residential project background an advantage

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
