We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who's ready to take the next step in their career. This is a unique hybrid role combining project delivery with business development support. You'll manage smaller packages of work end-to-end, assist on larger projects, and play a key role in identifying and bidding for new opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver smaller projects and work packages to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Support senior leaders on larger, complex projects
  • Engage with prospective clients to qualify smaller opportunities and gather key information
  • Assist in preparing bids and proposals for new work
  • Maintain and update the pipeline of opportunities
  • Collaborate with international teams
  • Contribute to growth strategy and help shape UK presence

What We're Looking For

  • At least 10 years' experience in project management, ideally in the UK water sector or related infrastructure
  • Consulting background preferred, with strong client-facing skills
  • Proven ability to manage projects from planning through delivery
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of tendering processes
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to grow into a senior role
