Senior Programme Manager | Cambridge | upto £70k Are you an experienced Senior Programme Manager looking to lead complex, high-value projects in a fast-paced environment? This is your chance to take ownership of new product introduction (NPI) programmes, driving delivery against time, cost, and quality KPIs while mentoring a talented team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping programme success, managing stakeholder relationships with global OEMs and customers, and ensuring commercial objectives are met. As a Senior Programme Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading NPI programme delivery, ensuring contractual obligations are met
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and acting as escalation point for customers and OEMs
  • Driving cost control and reporting on programme performance to senior management
  • Coaching and mentoring Programme Managers to achieve best practice
  • Overseeing risk management and mitigation across the NPI portfolio
As a Senior Programme Manager, your experience will include:
  • Proven programme management experience in complex, high-value manufacturing/engineering projects
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L responsibility
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related field
  • Ideally, a formal PM qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or AGILE Practitioner
