Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the indirect procurement strategy, aligned with Crown's global procurement framework and business objectives
- Manage all categories of indirect spend
- Drive cost optimisation and value creation via category strategies, supplier consolidation, sourcing, contract renegotiation, and process improvement
- Ensure robust supplier risk management and compliance by vetting suppliers, managing performance, ensuring contract governance, ethical & sustainability standards
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs, anticipate demand, support business growth while managing indirect spend discipline
- Support change management, drive stakeholder engagement, and deliver high impact in an FMCG environment
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in procurement, with a proportion spent in indirect
- Demonstrable savings achievement and value creation in indirect categories
- Strong category management expertise across multiple indirect categories
- Excellent contract negotiation, supplier management, risk management and financial acumen
- Relevant degree or equivalent in business/supply-chain/procurement
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Global/regional procurement exposure across multiple geographies
