About the Role

We are now seeking an enthusiastic Managing Quantity Surveyor with a background in the education sector on (DFE) projects to join the Eastern region.

Duties of the Role

• Commercial Lead in Pre-Construction for 2 stage DFE Bids.
• Manage on site DFE projects.
• Lead the commercial team in the Education sector.
• Provide commercial support and advice to Contracts Managers/ Operations Directors and other teams.
• Report to Regional Directors of team's performance.
• Production/ Management of Tender Bids and Contract Documentation.

• Ability to take lead/ chair meetings and bring parties together.
• Organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent construction knowledge
• Construction/ reporting knowledge
