We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to join our client's growing team within the heating and renewables sector. Key Responsibilities
路Manage cost control and financial aspects of projects from inception to completion, ensuring budgets are adhered to and profitability is maintained.
路Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate contracts while identifying and mitigating risks.
路Provide commercial support to project delivery teams, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
路Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and process improvements in project delivery.
路Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
路Keep up to date with industry trends and regulations to ensure the company remains competitive in the renewables market.
路Support business development strategies, using commercial insights to drive growth and project success.
About You
路Experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally within the renewables, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
路Strong knowledge of contract management, cost control, and project financials.
路Experience with ground source heat technology or similar renewable energy systems is advantageous.
路Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
路Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
路A self-motivated professional with a collaborative approach and a passion for sustainability.
