Kenna Recruitment is working with an established residential developer currently searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Cambridge based project. About the Role:

You will be playing a key role in managing project costs and ensuring compliance with company policies. Your responsibilities will include procurement, payments, valuation, and supporting Health and Safety administration. The role will predominantly be involved with traditional residential development schemes with sites ranging from 160 units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and approving subcontract enquiry lists.
  • Issue detailed and compliant tender packs.
  • Evaluate returned tenders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide detailed cost breakdowns for land acquisition packs.

The ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Prior experience working for a residential developer.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a company
  • Be a current Quantity Surveyor or an ambitious Intermediate Quantity Surveyor looking to step up.
