You require the following experience and skills:

  • Experience of commercially managing projects circa £20 - £30m
  • Experience with design & build form of contract
  • Can take projects from procurement stage through to final account
  • Can financially manage the contract both upstream and downstream.
  • Can produce accurate cost reporting information.
  • Resolve any potential disputes before they go contractual.
  • Develop a strong working relationship with the client that could lead to repeat business.
  • Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying
