This is also an opportunity to be part of a major programme of work that's central to the region's future growth.As Senior QS, you'll play a key role in the commercial delivery of the scheme, working closely with operational teams to manage costs, contracts, and client relationships. This is an opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to join a well-established team on a complex, high-value project.The Senior Quantity Surveyor's main responsibilities will include:

  • Administering NEC contracts, ensuring compliance and timely management of change
  • Managing subcontractor procurement, payments, and performance
  • Cost forecasting, CVRs, and risk management
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery

About You

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on civil engineering/infrastructure projects
  • Strong working knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts
  • Excellent commercial acumen and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail and efficiency
  • A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
