Senior Quantity Surveyor – Tier One Main Contractor
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
We are working with a leading Tier One Main Contractor who are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the commercial lead on a flagship new build education project in Cambridge, valued up to £40m.

The Role:

Lead all commercial aspects of a £40m new build education project

Manage procurement, contracts, cost reporting and forecasting

Work closely with the Project Director and wider commercial team

Ensure best value and commercial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle

Mentor and support junior members of the team
About You:
-
Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment

Track record of leading projects of significant value (£20m+)

Strong knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts

Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills

Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related field
