An industry-leading, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Cambridge office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This is a hands-on and varied role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who wants to work across a diverse portfolio, including Commercial, Education, Culture & Heritage, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Retail, Residential, and Sports projects - with values ranging from 500k to 100m+.

You'll lead projects from inception through to completion, delivering both Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent services. Based out of the modern Cambridge office, you'll benefit from a flexible hybrid working model (typically 3 days per week in the office), and a supportive environment that encourages career development and progression.

This role offers the chance to work alongside a respected team of professionals with a strong track record of internal promotion - many of the consultancy's senior leaders began their careers here.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

  • RICS Accredited degree qualification
  • MRICS ideally or currently working towards
  • Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
  • Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
  • A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
