Working for this widely respected estate agent as a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be the person making things happen. You’ll be regularly communicating with vendors and potential buyers to tie up loose ends and bring sales together. This is a great opportunity to build your skillset within estate agency, with excellent opportunities for growth.

Salary – Competitive

Location – Cambridge

Role Type – Full time / Fixed Term Contract / 8:30-5:30 / Mon-Fri + 1 in 4 Saturdays (9-1)

The Role 

You’ll help to ensure new business is managed effectively by producing market appraisals for new vendors, keeping regular contact with them and providing updates. This gives you the opportunity to look after your own portfolio of clients.

This role will also see you arranging and attending viewings, speaking with prospective purchasers and negotiating offers.

You’ll be all over the database, ensuring applicants are managed and updated on new property listings whilst ensuring all customer details are up to date.
