Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job adverts, shortlisting, interviews, and offers
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand requirements and time lines
- Coordinate candidate communications and interview scheduling
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
- Provide light administrative support as required
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies (DBS required)
- Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Confident communicator with ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Flexible, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic environment
