The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive full training to help you succeed from day one. You’ll learn how to:
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Build strong client relationships and understand their hiring needs
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to job offer and aftercare
- Negotiate salaries, close deals, and celebrate your wins!
