Job Title: Recycling Operative
Location: Huntingdon
Shift: Rotating Shifts 06.00-14.00 /14.00-22.00
Salary: £13.50ph
Interaction Recruitment are currently seeking multiple recycling operatives to work with an established manufacturing client in Huntingdon.
They are looking for candidates to commit to long-term with potential permanent opportunities. You’ll play a key role in the safe and efficient processing of recyclable materials, helping us reduce waste and support a cleaner environment. Those with experience within a Manufacturing environment is advantageous, however full on-site training is provided
Key Responsibilities
- Sort recyclable materials safely and accurately
- Operate machinery and equipment (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and safe working area
- Identify and remove contaminants from recycling streams
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Work as part of a team to meet daily targets
About You
- Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet
- Able to work in a fast-paced, manual environment
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous experience in waste/recycling is beneficial but not essential
